*Causes chronic daily pain
+Causes pain only when in a flare

Each one of these conditions has been diagnosed by a medical doctor. I have a large medical team of professionals from various different specialities to help me monitor, manage and treat everything. It’s a ridiculously long list of “stuff”, and it’s exhausting, painful and overwhelming.

As you can imagine, I have a large list of symptoms associated with everything, and several conditions have overlapping symptoms. The good news, is that not every condition I have causes me pain or even symptoms each day… some things only flare up occasionally, whereas others are a constant, but all of it is monitored and checked by my doctors. Also, not every condition I have is the “worst case scenario” that it could be. I’m very thankful for that!

Chronic illness isn’t a contest, and every patient’s journey is unique, even among those who share the same diagnosis.
